I started my journey to better health with Leon recently and I must say definitely well worth it.
The training program, nutritional plan and advice/ encouragement I get from him weekly has been awesome, even if he taps into the psychological side of things. A little confronting BUT this is what it's all about, better health both physically and mentally. Thanks Leon!
