I started my journey to better health with Leon recently and I must say definitely well worth it.
The training program, nutritional plan and advice/ encouragement I get from him weekly has been awesome, even if he taps into the psychological side of things. A little confronting BUT this is what it's all about, better health both physically and mentally. Thanks Leon!

I had poor self esteem and even though I'd competed for 2 years, I had a terrible relationship with food and self image and needed a serious change.
